• Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and express delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your Heart of the Earth products. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us through ETSY to initiate a return and receive instructions on how to proceed.

• Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged product, so we can process your request.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
